Important: 4Hub does not host, store or serve any media content. We act as a technical facilitator only. Content is downloaded directly from the originating third-party platforms. For content removal from those platforms, contact them directly.

1. Our Position on Copyright

4Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. No Content Hosting

4Hub operates as a link-generation service. We do not upload, store, host or serve any third-party media content on our servers. All media files are retrieved directly from CDNs operated by the originating platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). We therefore cannot "remove" content from those platforms.

3. What We Can Remove

We can remove or disable access to:

Direct links on our website that point to allegedly infringing content.
Any blog or editorial content on our site that reproduces copyrighted material without authorization.

4. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following:

Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address).
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The specific URL(s) on our site that you believe facilitate access to the infringing content.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

7. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable access to our service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

8. Misrepresentation

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your notice is accurate before submitting.
